With over 30 years of experience in enhancing organizational culture through diversity repair and recovery, Leah specialized in creating environments where diversity and inclusion are more than just concepts but integral parts of the organizational ethos.

She is known for her systemic approach using her ADAIS Method to foster a culture of respect and belonging, crucial for sustainable change.
